When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by 28 April 2025, so we can have an accurate headcount.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony start time is 3:30pm sharp. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure timely seating.
Can I bring a date?
We unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.
What should I wear?
Dress to impress in your best formal attire!
What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?
As the venue has rustic paving, chunky heels are recommended. You're welcome to change into comfy shoes when you're ready to bust a move on the dancefloor!
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Our ceremony is unplugged.
As we tie the knot, please be our guest. We want to see your lovely faces and happy smiles! Our photographer will take care of the rest!
You are welcome to take photos during sundowners and the reception.
Is there public transport to/from the venue?
Guests requiring a taxi/Uber are advised to pre-book in advance.

Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking at the venue. Please ensure you park in marked bays.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes. You'll be directed on where to set down for easy wheelchair access. Please note that vehicles will need to move to main car park after drop off. If you require a valet service to relocate your vehicle please let us know.
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting, our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors. Our reception will be indoors.
We can relocate the ceremony to an undercover area should rain be forecast.
Will there be dancing?
Yes! We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favourite people.
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! A delicious dinner will be served, along with a selection of drinks. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of your RSVP.
What should we expect at the reception?
After the ceremony, there will be sundowner drinks and graze followed by dinner, dancing, and lots of fun. Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes!
Is there a gift registry?
We’re so grateful for your presence at our wedding, so please don’t feel obligated to bring gifts—we have everything we need. However, if you’d like to contribute towards our honeymoon, please read more under the "Gift Registry" tab.
